This page describes what this site collects, where it goes, and how long it is kept. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.
Extraordinary Media, Houston, Texas. Built by the team behind houstonproperties.com.
Bob Martin and Paige Martin are Texas real estate license holders sponsored by Real Broker, LLC.
Booking a call leaves this site: what you type on the booking page is handled by the scheduling service that runs it, under that service's own privacy policy, not this one, and it reaches the person you booked with. None of it is sent to this site or stored by it.
If you ask us to call you back, the call-back page asks for your name and phone number, and your city and the best time to call if you want to give them. When you send them, the server also records the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We keep them in a database on the server that runs this site, and email them to the person who will call you, with a copy to us. We use them to call you back and for nothing else.
If you sign up for the three-month test on this site, the sign-up pages ask for your name, email and mobile number, your team or office name, its brokerage, and the city and the state or province you recruit in. To sign the agreement, they ask for the legal name of whoever is paying and your typed name. When you sign, the server also records the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. After you sign, they ask for what your site is built from: three things you give an agent, three numbers with their years, who takes the first call and their booking link, a phone number a person answers, an email for form leads, a link to your photos and your team's domain. They also ask for the license holder's name, their TREC license number and a link to your IABS form, and you can leave any of those three blank.
What you send is stored in a database on the server that runs this site, and the people named above can read it. The sign-up pages carry no analytics.
After you sign, we search public sources for your team, its brokerage and the market you recruit in. We send your answers to the first step, and what the search found, to Anthropic, whose Claude model drafts the six things your site is built from. You check that draft and change anything that is wrong.
After you pay, we also research which articles your site should start with. We send your team's name, brokerage, city and state, and your answers to the six things apart from the contact details and the website, to Anthropic, whose Claude model recommends the list. You review the list and can change any title.
We email you nothing until you sign the agreement. When you sign, we email you the private link to your sign-up and a copy of the agreement you signed, and Bob gets a copy. If you have not paid after that, we send at most two payment reminders. When the draft of the six things is ready, we email you. When your list of articles is ready, we email you. When you approve that list, we email you what comes next. If we change the email address we hold for you after you sign, we send a new private link and a copy of the agreement to the new address, and your earlier link stops working. If you ask to make changes from a browser we do not know yet, we email you a 6-digit code. These emails are sent through an email delivery service.
Every email we send you comes from Bob, and a reply to it reaches him. Nobody else is copied on it. The emails we start, such as the reminders, are sent between 8am and 6pm in your state's time zone, or Central time outside Texas and Georgia. An email that answers something you did is sent at once.
Anyone who holds the private link to your sign-up can read it, and only a browser you have confirmed can change it. When you start a sign-up, or enter a code we email you, we set one cookie on that browser so you can make changes to your sign-up from it for 90 days. It does nothing else. When a browser is confirmed, the server records the time, its IP address and its user-agent string.
You can add up to three helpers, such as an assistant, by their name and email address. We email each helper a link to your sign-up, and from then on they get the emails you get, except the ones that carry your signed agreement. A helper can make changes once they confirm with a code we email them, and cannot change your name, your email or your helpers. You can change your own name and email on your sign-up. A new email address is confirmed with a code we send to it, and we tell your old address that the email changed.
Payment happens at Wise, on Wise's own pages and under Wise's privacy policy. This site never sees your card or bank details, and it records nothing when you click a payment link.
Someone on our team may send you a link to this site that ends with a short code naming them. Opening that link sets one cookie in your browser, which remembers who sent it for 90 days. The cookie is used for nothing else.
If you sign up for the test after opening their link, we record that person as the one who brought you to us. The person we record gets a copy of every email about your sign-up that Bob gets.
If you sign up as a partner, we keep your name, mobile number, email address, team or brokerage and city. We also keep the version of the partner terms you accepted, when you accepted them, and the IP address and browser user-agent string you accepted them from.
We use them for the partner program only: to pay you, and to email you about your link and your clients. This site never asks for your bank details or your W-9. Wise asks you for your bank details itself, and you send your W-9 to Bob by email.
Your partner page has a private link. Anyone who holds the link can read the page, so keep it to yourself.
To be taken off the program, email Bob at bob@houstonproperties.com.
The web server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs. Each entry records the page requested, the time of the request, the IP address the request came from, the browser's user-agent string, and the response the server returned. The logs are used to keep the site working and to see which pages are being fetched, including by search engines and other automated crawlers. Log files are kept for no longer than 90 days.
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a measurement service from Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser, the ones whose names begin with _ga, so that repeat visits from the same browser are counted as one returning reader rather than several new ones.
Google Analytics collects the pages you view, the approximate location Google derives from your IP address, and your device and browser type. That is sent to Google and processed by Google LLC. The sign-up pages carry no measurement, so nothing you type there is sent to Google.
Questions about this policy go to the people named above, through houstonproperties.com, the team's own site.
