How it works
The long version of the home page: the problem, what we found, what runs every week, why only five teams, and the first 90 days.
The problem
Your next recruit is asking AI who to join.
Agents used to search and call the top result. Now they ask ChatGPT or Google's AI who to join, get one or two names, and call one of them. If your name is not in that answer, the call goes to someone else. Ads, bought leads and cold calls do not change the answer. Being the answer does.
What we found
People ask about their situation, not a category.
Nobody types "best Houston realtor" and hires from the list; the directories own that answer. People ask the specific thing: "best realtor in The Woodlands for 55+ communities," "who handles a condo sale at the Royalton." Agents do the same: "which Houston team gives a new agent leads," "how do I pick a Real sponsor."
A specific question has almost no competition, and the person asking has already decided to act. The same goes for your office: an office proud of its training and its building wins the agent who wants an office; a cloud brokerage wins the agent who wants none. The site is built to bring you the agents who fit what you offer.
31 clicks
from 74,800 times our pages were shown for searches with "best realtor". Directories win the generic question.
41 clicks
from 84 times one page was shown for "the royalton at river oaks". One building's name, one page, people ready to call.
Our own sites, Google Search Console: houstonproperties.com over the 16 months to October 2026, royaltonhouston.com over 90 days.
How it writes itself
Five things, every week, without you.
A scored list of the questions agents in your market ask
Each one rated on demand, fit with what your office offers, whether the field is open, and whether it leads to a call. The posts carry your selling proposition and nobody else's. You approve the list once.
An AI agent researches and writes each answer
Real sources, quoted and linked. Every claim is checked against a rule set before it publishes. Three posts a week, every week.
A Google Business Profile post for every article
Profiles are the source AI answers cite most: 36.6% of local AI citations (Local Falcon, August 2026).
Your number and booking link on every page
When the answer is you, the call and the booking come to you, not to us.
Your market's AI answer, captured and dated, every month
Fresh account, no history, memory off. The same test you can run tonight.
Our own answer
Google, ChatGPT and Gemini name our team first.
For "best real estate team to join in Houston". Google's answer was captured on 18 September 2026, signed out, in a private window; ChatGPT's and Gemini's on 5 October 2026, signed out, with no history.

AI answers vary by searcher and by day. We show you ours, dated, and test yours the same way.
Why only five
Five teams, three months, priced to learn.
Version one is for early adopters. We want your bugs and your complaints, because they build the version people love. Five seats, any market, Houston included; every site is built on your own record and your own selling proposition, so two offices in one city get two different answers. When the five finish, we publish what happened and open more seats.
The first 90 days
About an hour to start. Thirty minutes a month after that.
- Day 1
Your first call, 30 minutes, within two business days of sign-up. We capture your market's AI answer and date it, walk the six things, and agree the one number we will both watch: calls and bookings from the agents you want.
- Week 1
You send the six things and make the 60-second subdomain edit at your registrar. We build the site and put your number and booking link on every page. Your first post goes up.
- Every week
Three posts and three profile posts. You do nothing.
- Every month
A one-page report, what was published, what was cited, how many called and booked, and a 30-minute call with Bob to read it together.
- Day 90
The review. We show the three months of numbers and the price after the test, and you decide.
The six things you send
- Team name, brokerage and the city you recruit in.
- Three things you give an agent, in plain words.
- Three numbers with the year.
- Who takes the first call and their booking link.
- A number a person answers.
- A folder of photos.
With them, your license details for the site's footer.
