DESIGNED EXCLUSIVELY FOR REAL ESTATE TEAM LEADERS AND BROKER OWNERS ACROSS THE US AND CANADA.

Be the answer when a buyer or an agent asks a machine who to call.

Being the answer is the goal. What we commit to is the build: your site live and three posts a week, running every week without you.

Organic inbound leads from ChatGPT, Gemini and Google. We run this playbook for our own team. Now we are offering it to five other team leaders and broker owners.

Wind back the clock: it's 2002 again.

Search engine optimization was born in 1997. The agents who invested by 2002 owned their markets for twenty years. The ones who waited until 2010 never caught up because the opportunity was already taken.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT for a recommendation in your market, the AI answer is typically one or two options. In most markets, and in almost every sub-market, no one owns that answer yet. In ours, we do.

Being fast and early is the whole game. It was in 2002. The same applies here.

Twenty-four years for one team.

We established HoustonProperties.com in 2002. We built a business from it that has sold more than $2 billion of Houston real estate. In all that time, we never made cold calls, solicited expired or FSBO listings, or bought lists. Similarly, we never paid a portal like Zillow for leads, and we never bought an ad for our services. Every client found us. The RealTrends Verified 2026 rankings put our team No. 1 in Houston by sales volume and by transaction sides: 245 sides and $169.45 million in 2025.

The head start we built was the moat of our business for two decades.

Then, in early 2026, we studied where buyers were actually asking their questions: ChatGPT, Gemini, and the AI box at the top of Google. The answer that came back was one or two names.

We learned quickly that the game is not SEO anymore. The game is being listed as an AI answer. To compete, we knew we had to evolve. So we burned it all down. Twenty-four years of systems, on purpose.

We kept everything we knew about inbound leads and rebuilt on a platform built for AI agents to do the work, tuned for one thing: being the answer.

Within weeks, our sites were the AI answer for three Houston neighborhoods: Memorial Villages, Houston Heights and West University. And the phone rang. Inbound. Nobody dialed out. Three neighborhoods could be luck, so we rolled out five more, and a ninth site that targets agent recruits instead of clients.

Try it tonight. Ask ChatGPT for the best agent in your market. If the name that comes back is not on your team, that is who the buyer is calling right now. If no name comes back, the answer is open. For now.

AI answers change and are personal to the searcher. Captured in a fresh account, no history, memory off. Our own results, dated.

Same engine, two jobs. One site brings clients. One site brings agents. You can run one or both.

Two sites feed one engine. The engine writes for every channel. It runs without you.

Your market site

The engine

Two sites, one engine, five channels, the answer.

Every week: you watch it work. Site updating. Blogs writing themselves. Every post written for five channels, ready to publish.

Over time: you become the answer. Someone asks a machine who to hire, your name comes back, and the phone rings.

Two clocks. One you can watch. One that compounds.

We are starting with five teams.

Five, because that is how many we can run well while we build the rest. We choose them, because every site is built on a team's real record, and we have to believe that record will hold up inside an AI answer.

The first five teams pay a founding rate for a three-month test. We priced the test to learn what running a team's site and posts actually takes, not to make money. After those three months the pricing and the structure change, and we will say plainly what changes. The rules for later rounds are not written yet, and teams in later rounds will pay more.

If you want to be considered for one of the five, book 15 minutes with Paige and me. We will pull up your market's AI answer while we talk, so you see exactly where you stand today.
